Green-Pepper Salad (Hungarian: Paprikasaláta)- 500 g (1 lb, 1 1/12 oz) green peppers (not hot peppers)
- Salt to taste
- Salad dressing
Core the green peppers, cut into rings, and salt lightly. Allow to stand for 1 hour, then pour on the dressing, and allow to stand for another hours.
